About The Position
As an Outside Sales Representative at Roto-Rooter, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional service to our customers. This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 annually, along with mileage reimbursement and the potential for uncapped commission. You will be responsible for conducting territory sales visits, where you will offer our excavation and water restoration services to both new and existing customers. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in sales, particularly in industries such as auto sales, roofing, windows, pest control, security, lawn care, or restaurant services. We are also keen to welcome military veterans and those looking to transition into a new career path. In this position, you will not be required to make cold calls, as all leads will be provided to you. Your primary responsibilities will include following up with current customers to offer solutions to their plumbing or water problems, utilizing an established pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to quote repair and replacement options, and ultimately closing sales. You will serve as a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service and solutions for their needs. This role requires a strong customer service focus and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, making excellent oral and written communication skills essential for success.
