Statewide Remodeling, a division of Renuity, is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will receive comprehensive training on our product lines and sales techniques, enabling you to deliver engaging presentations and refine your negotiation skills. Our marketing teams will provide you with pre-qualified leads, eliminating the need for cold calling or door knocking, allowing you to focus on building relationships with prospective and existing customers. In this full-time, W-2 position, you will have the potential to earn between $150,000 to $300,000 annually, with top performers exceeding these figures. The role involves working closely with leadership and mentors to achieve sales goals, promoting our products and services, and providing an exceptional customer experience. You will be expected to work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays, and will have the opportunity to advance within the company based on your performance. Responsibilities

  • Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
  • Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
  • Promote company products and services
  • Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
  • Provide best-in-class customer experience
  • Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales is a plus
  • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
  • Approachable demeanor
  • Own reliable vehicle with valid driver's license
  • Criminal background checks
