This full-time position is focused on acquiring new business clients in the Industrial Manufacturing, Warehousing, Supply Chain, and Medical sectors. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven track record in business development. This role requires a blend of traditional and modern sales techniques, including door-to-door business-to-business (B2B) sales, cold calling, networking events, and online marketing strategies. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential business clients, developing and executing strategic plans to secure new business, and achieving sales targets. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions. Regular follow-ups with clients will be essential to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services. Additionally, you will attend industry-specific networking events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and build a professional network. Representing AtWork at these events will be crucial for promoting our services and establishing a strong market presence. Conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential business opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. You will provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and service improvements. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the recruitment and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. You will also collaborate on developing marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software will be required, along with preparing regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback for management review.
