About the position

The Outside Sales Representative at Air Essentials is a key role focused on driving revenue growth through the sale of scent marketing and branding solutions. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and presenting customized scent solutions to enhance brand identities and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation techniques.
  • Develop customized scent solutions tailored to clients' specific needs.
  • Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our scent marketing solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in outside sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences and build rapport.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and close sales.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
