ANDON Specialties is a national leading manufacturer's representative/distributor of process automation, analytical, and fluid handling solutions. We are currently searching for an Outside Sales Representative to join our TEAM in Minneapolis/St. Paul MN. Applicants will need to live in the area. In this role, you will be responsible for creating customer-focused solutions and leading sales and account development activities within assigned accounts. You will assist customers with technical questions related to product performance, application, and reliability, ensuring that they receive the best possible service and support. You will actively use CRM to manage assigned accounts and communicate ongoing sales activity, which is crucial for maintaining strong relationships with clients. Developing and nurturing customer relationships is a key aspect of this position, as is qualifying prospects within your assigned sales territory. Building a consistent pipeline to achieve sales objectives is essential for expanding the business and meeting the company's goals. To succeed in this role, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 2-5 years of previous sales experience, ideally in industries such as petrochemical, oil & gas, life sciences, and/or semiconductor. A strong sales acumen, competitive drive, and entrepreneurial spirit are also important traits for this position.
