As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining existing relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, prospecting, and networking
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Utilize sales management software to track and analyze sales performance
  • Manage a sales territory and develop a plan to achieve sales goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Utilize Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers
  • Demonstrate strong sales management skills to guide and motivate a sales team
  • Perform retail sales duties as needed
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and results
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales goals
  • Provide input on product development and improvement

Requirements

  • Strong lead generation and prospecting skills
  • Experience in inside sales or outside sales
  • Proven ability to manage a sales territory and meet sales targets
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in sales management software
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Retail sales experience
  • Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell products
  • Strong sales management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and achieve revenue growth
