The primary goal of Constellation is to empower businesses to make informed energy decisions that align with their needs and budget. The Outside Sales Representative role is designed for a dynamic and results-driven professional who thrives in an outside sales environment. This position requires direct interaction with potential customers, allowing the representative to understand their needs and present suitable products, services, or solutions. This is a full-time, face-to-face, B2B sales position that offers a competitive base pay along with uncapped commission, providing significant earning potential. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth outside the typical office setting. You will engage with clients directly, fostering relationships and identifying opportunities to meet their energy needs. The role demands a self-starter who is friendly, outgoing, and capable of quickly connecting with others. The ideal candidate will be motivated, ambitious, and relentless in achieving results, while also being innovative and eager to contribute new ideas. Flexibility is key, as the representative will need to adapt to various situations and customer needs. While outside sales experience and knowledge of the energy sector are preferred, they are not mandatory. A willingness to travel from business to business is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
