We are seeking talented individuals with experience in construction, sales, management, or customer service to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting door-to-door sales, and managing the sales process from the initial roof inspection to the contact/color pick. This role requires reliable transportation to travel within a 1.5 hour radius of the job location and the ability to work in a fast-paced, door-to-door sales environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A willingness to learn and adapt to our sales process and technology is also crucial for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through door knocking
  • Pitch free inspections to homeowners
  • Conduct roof inspections to determine eligibility for insurance-funded replacements
  • Manage the claims process for approved replacements
  • Identify opportunities for financing and retail sales
  • Sell roof replacements for residential & commercial sized properties

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation to travel within a 1.5 hour radius of job location
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, door-to-door sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to our sales process and technology
