Auto-Chlor is immediately hiring for an Outside Sales Representative for our Elk Grove Village, IL location. This position is crucial for our growing organization, which has built a strong brand reputation over the past 80 years by providing reliable customer service and exceptional products. The ideal candidate will be a hustle-minded, money-motivated individual who is comfortable conducting field sales through face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. This role requires a proactive approach, including cold knocking and calling, and a strong drive to succeed in a team environment committed to delivering outstanding customer service. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting restaurant and foodservice operations that require our services within a protected territory. You will conduct a minimum of 20 daily face-to-face cold calls on qualified prospects and manage your sales pipeline to achieve a sales quota of 6 rental dish machines with companion products each period, totaling 78 rental sales each year. This position also involves repetitive calls on potential customers, networking to research and recommend related markets for business expansion, and preparing for and attending weekly sales meetings.
