This position is based in the Northern Colorado Territory, with the office located in Johnstown/Loveland. The schedule is Monday to Friday during the day shift, and the salary range is between $65,000 and $75,000 per year, with total compensation potentially reaching between $75,000 and $90,000. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our industrial staffing team. You will work directly with hiring managers at large local companies by targeting organizations in need of staffing services. Utilizing our successful selling system, you will make initial connections through cold calls, ultimately becoming a valuable business consultant and building long-term relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities will include running in-person meetings and lunches to understand hiring goals, team dynamics, and selling how our services can elevate their business. You will be selling industrial staffing services and acting as an expert on employment rates, trends, and competitors. This is a heavy outbound calling and prospecting role, and we are looking for someone who is up for the challenge. We are seeking individuals with grit and a competitive spirit.
