About The Position
InnoBioSurg of America is seeking a self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, NV. This role is pivotal in our mission to redefine dental implantology through minimally invasive technology and protocols. The ideal candidate will be driven and enthusiastic about providing patients with innovative dental implant options, enhancing their comfort and care through our advanced products and techniques. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our dental surgical implant devices, which are designed to set a new standard in patient comfort and care. You will engage with dental professionals, including dentists, oral surgeons, and specialists, to educate them on the benefits and advantages of our products, ultimately aiming to expand our market presence and improve patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with dental professionals, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. You will be expected to plan and organize your sales activities effectively, ensuring that you service existing accounts while also establishing new ones. Collaboration with dental professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions will be key to your success. Additionally, you will keep management informed through regular reporting on your sales activities and results, and you will maintain your professional knowledge by attending educational workshops and networking within the industry. Representing InnoBioSurg at industry events, conferences, and trade shows will also be part of your role, allowing you to showcase our innovative products and connect with potential clients.
