We are currently seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Midwest Region, which encompasses Kansas, northwest Missouri, northeast Oklahoma, and southwest Iowa. This position is crucial for the growth, management, profitability, and overall success of our production and distribution departments. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will leverage your exceptional knowledge in production management and distribution operations to make daily business decisions that maximize profitability. Success in this position requires a high-performance-motivated mindset, where you approach each day with determination and focus. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), the ability to build rapid rapport with both new and existing customers, and a track record of success in regional expansions and aggressive self-lead generation. This role will require travel at least 40% of the time, with occasional overnight stays depending on business growth opportunities.
