About the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative based in Colorado to join our dynamic sales team. This part-time role focuses on developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to analyze market trends to drive sales growth, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking within the assigned territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective upselling techniques and strategic territory management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or a related field, preferably in B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Experience with computer programs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in product demonstrations is a plus but not required.
