About the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Golfland Entertainment Centers Inc. This role focuses on developing and managing relationships with clients in the assigned territory, driving sales growth through direct engagement with businesses, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. The position requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and is passionate about achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory goals and expand the customer base.
  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with a focus on long-term relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using appropriate software tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Outside Sales or Direct Sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Proficient in using sales management software and CRM systems to track progress and manage customer relationships.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the sales process from prospecting to closing is essential.
