About the position

As an Outside Sales Representative at Uline, you will be at the forefront of our sales culture, which is built on strong customer relationships founded on trust. Your role will involve managing and growing your territory, supported by comprehensive training, top-notch tools, and an extensive product offering that enables you to succeed in the field every day. You will have the flexibility to be based anywhere within your sales territory, with regular visits to your Uline Branch or Sales Office. Your journey will begin with an extensive training program that lasts four weeks, followed by a 12-week mentorship program. This will be complemented by weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure your success from the start. As the CEO of your territory, you will manage accounts across various industries and have opportunities to explore new markets. Your workweek will be designed for balance, with Mondays spent in the office planning your week alongside your peers, and face-to-face customer visits scheduled from Tuesday to Friday. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while also bringing in new business within your territory. You will provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, utilizing our catalog of over 40,000 quality products to make recommendations. Delivering legendary customer service will be a key part of your role, supported by our dedicated sales support team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts within your territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but thorough training will be provided.
  • Valid driver's license and a great driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Presentation skills.
