In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients is essential to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. You will be expected to sell staffing services out in the field by visiting client locations, assessing their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that meet those needs effectively. Conducting face-to-face meetings with potential clients will be a significant part of your role, where you will showcase the benefits of partnering with HireQuest Direct. Meeting and exceeding sales targets is crucial, as it contributes to the overall success of the branch. Collaboration with the staffing team will be necessary to ensure that client needs are met efficiently and effectively. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions will also be part of your responsibilities, as you prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and negotiate contracts to close deals.

Responsibilities

Requirements
