The annual compensation for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $150,000, with the potential for top performers to earn between $8,000 and $12,000 per month through commission. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. The company generates leads and schedules consultations, allowing you to focus solely on making accurate estimates and selling the lighting systems. The product is designed to enhance the aesthetics of homes and businesses, providing nightly accent lighting and built-in lighting for various holidays and events. Responsibilities

• Accurately estimate exterior residential and commercial lighting products for company-generated leads.
• Provide quotes to customers and manage your customer pipeline vigorously.
• Meet minimum closing rates and quality standards.

Requirements

• Driver's License (Required)
• At least 2 years of successful outside sales experience, landscape lighting sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required).
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to speak with confidence and poise.
• Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline.
• Ability to work independently.
