About the position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with clients in various territories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets. This position requires a proactive approach to lead generation and territory management, as well as the ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within assigned territories.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through various lead generation techniques, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Present product offerings effectively, demonstrating features and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities with existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions, product performance, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong technical sales skills with the ability to analyze complex customer requirements.
  • Excellent territory management skills to effectively prioritize leads and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in lead generation strategies that drive new business development.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
