About the position

FM Pay is one of the top merchant processing companies in the country, dedicated to helping business owners achieve seamless transactions that enhance their merchant processing needs while providing valuable savings. We are currently expanding our National Sales Representative team and are looking for personable, goal-oriented individuals who are eager to embark on an exciting career in outside sales. As a rapidly growing company, we are excited about the changes coming this year and would love for you to be part of our growth journey. In this role, you will interact with business owners, following established scripting and listening to coaching from our National Sales Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to close deals and advocate for merchants, while also networking within the community to source and develop client referrals. We are looking for self-driven, upbeat individuals who are excited about the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of business owners through our services. While some sales experience is preferred, we welcome applicants from all levels of sales experience, as we believe that with the right attitude and skills, anyone can succeed in this role. Our training program is extensive, and you will have a manager to support you every step of the way. We pride ourselves on our motto, "Putting the Fun in Money," and strive to create an environment where everyone can succeed together while enjoying the process. This is a 100% commission-based position, with a commission of 25% for each deal signed. The minimum deal payout is $100, while the maximum can reach upwards of $5,000 to $10,000, depending on the size of the location and the number of locations a business has. Additionally, during your first 30 days, you will receive a $100 bonus for every quote submitted, regardless of whether the merchant moves forward with us. We also offer weekly draws against commission, production bonuses earned weekly, and leads provided by our marketing team, with appointments set up for you. Travel expenses will be compensated, and there are advancement opportunities to positions such as Territory Manager and National Sales Manager.

Requirements
