About The Position
Dry Force Corp is urgently hiring a Restoration Sales Specialist for a full-time position based in Pflugerville, TX. This role is primarily remote, with sales representatives dispatched from home. All appointments are scheduled by our dispatching coordinators, eliminating the need for cold calling. After the training period, the representative will only need to come into the office for scheduled weekly meetings. As a Restoration Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for determining the scope of work and providing estimates to homeowners during their times of need. You will attend screened appointments arranged by our dispatch office, focusing on high sales techniques to achieve a successful 'one visit close' during in-home appointments. The ideal candidate will be motivated, outgoing, and capable of providing top-notch customer service as an in-home sales specialist. You will manage remediation crews to ensure job progress and compliance, monitor job status, and communicate effectively with customers, company management, and insurance carriers. It is essential to respond promptly to new job notices and process all documentation in a timely manner.
