About the position

As a Gutter Sales Representative at Gutters by Berger Home Services, you will play a vital role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. This position focuses on converting provided leads into sales while delivering exceptional service and maximizing earning potential through commission-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on provided leads to schedule appointments and conduct in-home consultations with potential customers.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and recommend the appropriate gutter solutions from Gutters by Berger Home Services' product line.
• Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our gutter systems to prospects.
• Close sales and negotiate pricing and contractual terms to meet revenue targets and maximize commission earnings.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall sales strategy and success.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
