About The Position
We are a family-owned business specializing in window coverings, operating in the Southwest Florida region for over 30 years. Our success has been built on the foundation of excellent customer service and the positive word-of-mouth that follows. We are currently seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial for driving sales growth and expanding our client base in the Southwest Florida market area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular communication and visits. In this position, you will conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities. You will also be tasked with presenting and demonstrating our products or services to potential clients, collaborating with our internal sales team to meet customer needs, and analyzing sales data and trends to develop effective strategies for increasing sales. Your ability to foster relationships and understand customer needs will be key to your success in this role. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about sales but also has a strong understanding of the market dynamics in the window covering industry. If you have a proven track record in sales, particularly in outside sales, and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, we would love to hear from you.
