About the position

Ohio Basement Systems, A Groundworks Company, is seeking talented Outside Sales Representatives, also known as Certified Field Inspectors (CFIs), to join their team in the Twinsburg, Ohio area. CFIs are considered one of the powerhouses of our organization and play an integral role in the success of our business. In this position, you will partner with homeowners to diagnose issues and recommend solutions through our foundation repair and water management services. This role is not just about sales; it’s about building relationships and providing valuable solutions to homeowners in need. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will travel within your designated sales territory to conduct in-home inspections. You will utilize warm, pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business, ensuring that you are not required to engage in cold-calling. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and educating homeowners on the issues they face in their homes, providing them with various solution options, estimating repairs, and generating job proposals. Closing sales with customers in their homes and maintaining relationships with them while tracking your sales lead pipeline will also be key components of your role. This position offers an industry-leading commission program with no cap on earnings, with average annual earning potential ranging from $200,000 to $300,000. Responsibilities

  • Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in commission-driven sales, business-to-consumer and/or in-home sales is a plus
  • Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus
  • An entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service and satisfaction
