About the position

The Outside Sales Representative position at Medic-Air, LLC is a full-time role that requires a proactive and customer-focused individual to effectively communicate with clients, assess their needs, and recommend suitable air filtration products. The successful candidate will engage in cold calling, generate sales leads, follow up with customers, and close sales to achieve revenue targets. This role is essential in developing new business-to-business accounts across Orange, Riverside, and LA counties, and it involves in-person cold calls, networking, and leveraging various lead generation opportunities. As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining client profiles with detailed notes and follow-ups in our CRM system. You will utilize a consultative sales approach to engage with maintenance and facility managers, HVAC and mechanical companies, and contractors. Your responsibilities will also include quoting prices, preparing proposals, and providing information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates. Reporting to management on customer relationships, pipeline forecasts, and new prospects is also a key aspect of this role. The compensation structure includes a base salary plus commission, with the potential to earn over $120,000 annually, depending on experience and performance. We do not cap your earning potential, and you will be paid weekly on your base salary and monthly on commission. Responsibilities

  • Develop new business-to-business accounts in Orange, Riverside, and LA counties.
  • Conduct in-person cold calls, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Generate and qualify leads via phone from the CRM database to cultivate sales opportunities.
  • Maintain client profiles with detailed notes and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to engage with maintenance/facility managers, HVAC/mechanical companies, and contractors.
  • Quote prices, prepare proposals, and provide information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates.
  • Report to management on customer relationships, pipeline forecasts, and new prospects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and nurture relationships to build trust and loyalty.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience and lead generation is required.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Professional phone etiquette is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
  • Valid driver's license and clean, reliable transportation required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in air filtration or HVAC systems is a plus.
  • Previous experience using Odoo software is a huge plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
