About the position

Robinson Restoration, located in Vancouver WA, is a disaster mitigation contractor focused on water and sewer mitigation with over a decade of experience. Our company is currently looking to add a new member to our marketing street team that has the ability to develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients. A typical day on our marketing team includes bringing coffee and donuts into front offices and having fun conversations with our customers' office staff, delivering breakfast/lunch to plumbers in the field, researching and adding to our list of partners, and building relationships. The role also involves answering calls and emails on all incoming potential jobs, assisting with all other office needs, and engaging with plumbers at events by educating them on our current incentives. Logging activities performed with new and existing accounts is also a key part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Bring coffee and donuts into front offices and engage in conversations with customers.
• Deliver breakfast/lunch to plumbers in the field.
• Research and add to the list of partners and build relationships.
• Answer calls and emails on all incoming potential jobs.
• Assist with all other office needs as required.
• Engage with plumbers at events and educate them on current incentives.
• Log activities performed with new and existing accounts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of outside sales experience required.
• 1 year of office experience required.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in water damage restoration is preferred.
• Bubbly and outgoing personality is a plus.
• Ability to present and communicate effectively with prospective plumbing partners.
