About the position

Flyers Unlimited is a rapidly growing company seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing outstanding customer service and promoting our diverse range of products, which include screen printing, embroidery, promotional items, signage, vehicle lettering, graphic design, awnings, and various types of printing. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with our existing customer base, promoting maintenance contract renewals, and introducing additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. In this position, you will work closely with the owner and design staff to ensure that customer needs are met effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the sales process, from scheduling telephone appointments and demonstrating products to preparing written quotes and responding to requests for proposals. You will also handle customer complaints, complete necessary paperwork, and perform follow-ups as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role offers the flexibility of a part-time or full-time schedule, allowing you to work from home and manage your time effectively while still achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

• Contact existing customer base to promote maintenance contract renewals and additional products and services.
• Manage all aspects of the sale including scheduling telephone appointments, demonstrating products, and preparing written quotes.
• Evaluate and respond to requests for proposals and handle customer complaints.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and perform follow-up as needed.
• Work in conjunction with the owner and design staff.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, ideally in signs, screen printing, printing, or team apparel industry.
• Some knowledge of design, screen printing, and printing.
• Computer experience with PC/Mac (Microsoft Office, Email, and XL Database).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow-through skills and telephone skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
