Your ability to overcome objections and close sales will be key to your success, as you will be processing payments on the spot and enrolling new members into the organization. The compensation structure is designed to reward your hard work and dedication, with a W-2, 100% commission model that includes monthly and quarterly bonuses. NFIB offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a matching 401k plan. With uncapped earning potential, many sales representatives earn six-figure incomes, with the top performers exceeding $200,000 annually. NFIB also provides three weeks of training pay, ensuring you have the financial support you need as you start your career.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting)
  • Memorizing and utilizing NFIB's proven 5-minute verbatim sales presentation
  • Building quick rapport and delivering an engaging presentation
  • Overcoming objections and closing the sale
  • Processing payment on the spot
