About the position

The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the commercial sector, focusing on building and maintaining strong client relationships to provide tailored restoration solutions. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can effectively communicate and negotiate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential commercial clients in the Boston area.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, insurance adjusters, and other key decision-makers.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide accurate estimates.
  • Present and promote restoration services to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial sector and its unique needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license.
