EquipmentShare is searching for an Outside Sales Representative (Territory Account Manager) for our Core Solutions rental location in Catlett, VA. This role is pivotal in expanding our existing customer base by building strong relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The Core Solutions branches provide a variety of equipment rentals, including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment, and more. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating potential clients on how EquipmentShare can help them save money, increase their profits, and operate more efficiently. This position offers a competitive pay structure, including a base salary and uncapped commissions, with no market restrictions, allowing for significant earning potential. In this role, you will quickly respond to inbound leads and requests, ensuring that you maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to guarantee their satisfaction with the service and support provided by EquipmentShare. You will also be tasked with keeping customers informed about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can enhance their business operations.
