Liberty Roofing Center is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Gloucester City, NJ. As a leader in the sales and delivery of roofing shingles and building materials, we pride ourselves on our values of quality, integrity, and trustworthiness. This position is ideal for aggressive sales representatives with a hunter mentality who are self-motivated to achieve and exceed their sales goals. The role is heavily focused on new business development, requiring the representative to manage territory activities to achieve sales and market share growth while providing excellent customer service to clients in the area. In this role, you will be responsible for selling new prospects IKO Shingles and related residential roofing accessories, developing contractors within the area, and organizing a business plan to meet territory sales goals. You will also be tasked with creating and maintaining a sales pipeline using CRM software, meeting regularly with the Branch Manager to review your pipeline and market strategy, and increasing year-over-year product and sales market share in your territory. Additionally, you will present products and programs to qualified contractors and builders, perform product knowledge training and demo sessions, and follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of outside sales experience or 3-5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the building products industry. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills are essential, along with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required, as well as strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products. Candidates must also successfully pass a background and credit check.
