The Outside Sales Representative position is based in our Frederick, MD branch and is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, whether working independently or as part of a team. Our corporate and field team members are dedicated to supporting you in your role and collaborating on projects as needed. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling pest control and termite treatment options, along with other services to both residential and commercial customers. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity for career advancement, knowledge growth, and professional development. Your daily responsibilities will include following an appointment schedule, generating creative leads, ensuring timely arrival to appointments, and interacting with prospects and customers. You will also perform pest inspections, identify pest concerns, document findings, and recommend appropriate treatments. Compliance with sales processes, procedures, and pricing is essential, as is meeting sales quotas and responding promptly to calls and inquiries from management and co-workers. Additionally, you will be expected to keep your vehicle clean and organized, drive safely, and obey all traffic laws. Other tasks may be assigned as necessary.

Responsibilities
