About the position

KP Staffing is actively seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in the Duncanville area. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience, along with weekly commission payouts. The role requires a commitment to a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, where you will engage directly with potential clients to showcase your industry knowledge and build lasting relationships. As an Outside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to interact face-to-face with potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our services and products. You will be tasked with following up on leads within your assigned territory, ensuring that you maintain connections with a diverse range of clients to drive consistent sales. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to meet and exceed sales targets. In addition to direct sales activities, you will be expected to participate in meetings, sales events, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry developments. Your ability to maintain and expand a client database will be crucial in achieving your sales goals and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Get the sale using various sales methods (Business-to-business, cold calling, presentations, etc.)
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
  • Achieve your sales targets by hitting weekly goals

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Software proficiency working with a CRM system
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 year of B2B sales experience (Preferred)
