About the position

As an Outside Sales Representative for Prime Protection, a local ADT Authorized Dealer, you will be responsible for selling ADT alarm systems and specific Google products directly to customers in the Ocala, FL area. This role involves going door-to-door to engage potential customers, explain the benefits of our security systems, and close sales. The position is designed for experienced ADT sales representatives, and you will have the opportunity to earn a commission-based income, with potential earnings ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 annually based on your sales performance. Each sale can earn you between $500 to $700, and there are additional holiday bonuses available, which can add up to an extra $100 per sale during peak seasons. You will begin your journey with training at our office located at 16118 N Florida Ave, Lutz, FL, where you will learn about our products and sales techniques. After training, you will transition to working in the field, where you will be expected to manage your own schedule, typically working 30-35 hours per week. This flexible schedule allows you to balance your work and personal life effectively while still achieving your sales goals. If you demonstrate exceptional performance in this role, there is potential for advancement to a general manager position, where you would lead a team of sales representatives.
