• Generate sales using company-provided leads from various sources including web leads, direct mail responses, and in-person seminars.
• Participate in weekly sales and marketing strategy workshops.
• Complete the SCI Direct Certification Level Training Program to enhance sales skills and qualify for rewards.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience in outside sales for at least 1 year is preferred.
• Strong telephone, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to obtain an insurance license and pass the insurance licensing background check.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in direct sales for at least 1 year is preferred.
• Experience in insurance sales for at least 1 year is preferred.
• Experience in door-to-door sales for at least 1 year is preferred.
