About the position

Statewide Remodeling, a division of Renuity, is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to join our expanding team in Midland, TX. In this role, you will be trained extensively on our product offerings and will be responsible for delivering engaging presentations that enhance your communication and negotiation skills. Our marketing teams will provide you with pre-qualified leads, eliminating the need for you to generate your own clients. This full-time, W-2 position is designed to set you up for success with comprehensive training and ongoing support. As an Outside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate relationships with both prospective and existing customers, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. The compensation for this position is highly competitive, with average annual earnings ranging from $150,000 to $250,000, and top performers earning upwards of $350,000. You will receive training pay, commission, and bonuses, with uncapped commission potential. Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales is a plus

  • Own reliable vehicle with valid driver's license
