Priority Waste Resources LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a pioneering technology company in the logistics industry, we are committed to exceptional customer service and innovative solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our growth by prospecting and generating new commercial business, performing cold calls, and engaging in B2B sales in the field. This position requires a proactive approach to building relationships with builders, construction companies, and homeowners, as well as supporting existing clients within a designated territory. A monthly vehicle allowance will be provided to facilitate travel to targeted areas for door-to-door sales and client meetings. In this role, you will leverage your strong product and industry knowledge to convert inbound customer inquiries into sales. You will be responsible for generating revenue growth through pricing increases and contract negotiation strategies. Collaboration with Sales Team members is essential to create strategies that facilitate both existing and future business growth. You will utilize customer-focused programs to achieve desired sales results and facilitate the negotiation of contracts. Additionally, resolving customer issues and complaints through effective problem-solving will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also create and conduct presentations to new and existing customers, ensuring clear communication with other departments regarding account-specific needs such as discounts, refunds, and service issues. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in public relations, marketing, sales, management, or a related field. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, are essential. You should have the ability to meet sales goals, as this position includes a commission payout structure. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are crucial for success in this role. While prior waste experience is a plus, it is not required. A willingness to travel to clients and develop a book of business is essential for this position.
