EquipmentShare is searching for an Outside Sales Representative (Territory Accounts Manager) for our Core Solutions rental location in Catlett, VA. This role is pivotal in expanding our existing customer base by building strong relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The Core Solutions branches provide a variety of equipment rentals, including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment, and more. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for educating potential clients on how EquipmentShare can help them save money, increase their profits, and operate more efficiently. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management. In this role, you will quickly respond to inbound leads and requests, ensuring that potential customers receive timely and informative responses. You will also maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring that they are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare. Keeping customers informed about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can assist them in improving their business is crucial. Additionally, you will be expected to promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications. The Outside Sales Representative will also be tasked with developing new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and enhance the overall customer experience.
