ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Small Business Services in Fort Myers, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for working within a defined geographic territory targeting clients and prospects with 1-49 employees. Your primary duties will include identifying and signing new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, as well as selling additional solutions to existing clients. Daily activities will involve cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads from established business partners, assessing client or prospect needs, and presenting the best ADP solutions. Responsibilities

  • Grow Our Business While Growing Yours by working independently and collaboratively to close sales and reach sales goals.
  • Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners.

Requirements

  • Positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call without fear of rejection.
  • Agile solution seeker who can find answers or solutions in fast-paced environments.
  • Continuous learner who is always looking to improve and adapt.
  • One to two years of prior work experience or internships in relevant industries, or military experience with applicable skills.
