About the position

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships to drive sales growth in the designated territory. This role requires a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, capable of analyzing market trends to maximize sales potential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the target market.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong background in lead generation and managing customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving sales targets.
