Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and manage the complete sales process from cold calls to contract negotiations and ongoing client development.
• Meet with top-level decision makers to present staffing solutions.
• Conduct daily cold calls and in-person meetings with potential clients.
• Propose constructive solutions to fit the client's needs.

Requirements

• Previous staffing experience is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not mandatory.
• 1 year of B2B sales experience is required.
