As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in achieving branch sales goals and promoting our diverse range of products and services, including waterproofing, maintenance agreements, re-roofs, and roof repairs. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with project managers, office staff, customers, and vendors, ensuring that you enjoy interacting with people both in-person and over the phone. In this role, you will be tasked with identifying prospective customers and developing your network to generate new sales leads. Conducting face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers will be a key part of your job, where you will present sales proposals and educate customers on the benefits of our offerings. Building and nurturing relationships with building owners, contractors, and customers in the Springfield market will be essential, as will actively seeking referrals and repeat business. You will also maintain records of sales leads and customers, collaborate with the marketing department to strengthen our brand, and adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment of selling large-scale commercial roofing projects. Safety is paramount in this position, and you will be expected to maintain a safe work environment while following all safety procedures in accordance with company standards and OSHA regulations.
