Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business and manage the complete sales process from cold calling to contract signing and ongoing client development.
  • Meet with top-level decision makers to present staffing solutions.
  • Conduct daily cold calls and in-person meetings with potential clients.
  • Propose constructive solutions to meet client needs.

Requirements

  • Previous staffing experience is required.
  • 1 year of B2B sales experience is required.
  • Ability to relocate to Aurora, IL before starting work.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are a plus, but not required.
