Our average sales representatives earn a competitive salary of $90,816 annually, with top performers exceeding $200,000 in commission. Responsibilities

  • Sell STOP-FYRE fire extinguishers directly to farmers by traveling from farm to farm.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers in the agricultural community.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role.
  • Strong connection to the agricultural community, either through personal or professional experience.
  • Background in construction or excavation is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with self-driven and self-motivated characteristics.
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of success in sales.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working as a firefighter, law enforcement, military, or EMT.
