Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Present engaging product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a seamless transition from lead to customer.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in workwear apparel and equipment or related industries.
• Strong skills in lead generation, cold calling, and upselling techniques.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with inside sales processes is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a competitive environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
