Your responsibilities will include overcoming objections, closing sales, and processing payments on the spot. The position offers a flexible work/life balance while maintaining a full-time commitment in the field, allowing you to manage your time effectively while pursuing your sales goals. NFIB provides comprehensive training to ensure your success, with a focus on developing your sales skills and understanding the needs of small business owners. The compensation structure is highly attractive, featuring a W-2 employment status with 100% commission, monthly and quarterly bonuses, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a matching 401k plan. With uncapped earning potential, many sales representatives earn between $80,000 and $90,000 in their first year, with top performers exceeding $200,000 annually. Additionally, NFIB offers three weeks of training pay at $1,200 per week or commission, whichever is greater, along with monthly mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities
