About the position

Window World of Riverside County is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative. This role involves performing in-home sales presentations, maintaining a high close rate, and providing excellent customer service while promoting energy-efficient products backed by industry-leading warranties. Sales Representatives enjoy uncapped earning potential, tiered bonus pay, and flexible schedules, with hot leads provided from the office.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home sales presentations with homeowners
• Maintain high close rate
• Remain up to date on product knowledge in order to answer homeowner questions
• Build rapport with potential customers
• Complete accurate on-site measuring of all products
• Fill out all necessary paperwork pertaining to each sale

Requirements

• Financially driven and highly motivated individual
• Excellent communication with both the customers & Window World office
• Professional appearance & positive attitude
• Organized & able to turn in paperwork in a timely manner
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to appointments throughout Riverside County
• 1 year of sales experience (industry experience not required)
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly
