As a leading provider of cutting-edge home improvement products for over three decades, we are expanding our sales teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences while creating incredible opportunities for our employees. Based in Springfield, MO, we focus primarily on Whole House Standby Generators, providing sales and service for a variety of products. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Power Sales Team as Outside Sales Representatives. In this role, you will actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients is crucial, as you will need to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will present, promote, and sell our products and services, ensuring customers understand the features and benefits. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, negotiate terms, and close deals. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company will be a key focus, along with keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback will be provided to the management team to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers, ensuring their understanding of product features and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two to three years of experience in an in-home sales role is required.
  • Reliable personal vehicle required to run calls.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and maintain required auto-insurance.
  • Must be able to utilize digital sales tools and contracts.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
