You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive in-home sales presentations that highlight the unique advantages of our services, which include high-quality internet solutions, home security options, and mobile device solutions. Your ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers will be key to your success in this role. In addition to sales presentations, you will organize and promote community outreach campaigns and participate in local events to increase brand awareness and build relationships within the community. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback will be essential to ensure personalized follow-up and guarantee customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate closely with our dedicated support team to streamline installation and activation processes, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
