As an Outside Sales Representative at Uline, you will be at the forefront of building strong customer relationships based on trust, which is the cornerstone of our sales culture. Your journey begins with an extensive training program that spans four weeks, followed by a 12-week mentorship program. During this time, you will engage in weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to refine your skills and strategies. As the “CEO” of your territory, you will manage accounts across various industries and have the opportunity to explore new markets. Your schedule will be designed to promote a healthy work-life balance, allowing you to spend designated days in the office collaborating with peers and planning face-to-face customer visits. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while also bringing in new business within your territory. You will provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, leveraging our catalog of over 40,000 quality products. Delivering legendary customer service is paramount, and you will have the support of our dedicated sales support team to assist you in achieving this goal.
