In this position, you will be responsible for prospecting and conducting face-to-face cold calls to enroll new members. You will utilize NFIB's proven sales presentation techniques to engage small business owners, build rapport, and effectively close sales. The role requires a strong work ethic, grit, and a relentless drive to succeed, as well as the ability to adapt and strategize in various situations. You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income, with typical first-year earnings ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, and the potential for uncapped earnings based on commission. NFIB also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a matching 401k plan, along with training pay and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting)
  • Memorizing and utilizing NFIB's proven 5-minute verbatim sales presentation
  • Building quick rapport and delivering an engaging presentation
  • Overcoming objections and closing the sale
  • Processing payment on the spot
